Understanding Pain

Pain is an individual experience and it can be felt as discomfort or agony irrespective of a person’s age. It can be frequent, infrequent, severe, mild, steady or constant. Whether the pain is due to an injury or due to an illness, it needs to be treated appropriately. Pain can originate in any part of the body and it can be internal or external pain.
